As an experienced computer technician and enthusiast, I have seen how people work with and service Information Technology for 2 decades. Despite the obvious difference of proactive or reactive management of technology, all users eventually need a technician to help solve some problems.

You may think its convenient to find the nearest local shop, but like with many fine and detailed things, the devil is in the details.

When you live in Pitt Meadows, you may think that finding the nearest shop or computer service company is all you need. That is not always the case. Premium Computer Repair Services is not as common as you may believe.

The type of service and expense experienced at a big box store may vary greatly from a small competitive local business. In fact, 2Tech Computing literally exists and thrives because of the large difference in quality of service one finds in the marketplace.

Just because a company is bigger does not make it better. In the Lower Mainland, may businesses are in range. Leaving game computer for 3 weeks with a big box store, paying over $200 in labor, and then having ongoing issues is something many experience. The level of care and experience also can vary greatly.

At 2Tech when we say we offer premium computer repair service we really mean it, and our turn around is typically one week or less. We operate by appointment, and you may think us to small because we are home based, but you would be wrong. We do not have overhead that does not directly impact your experience and cost. If we had a store we would add $50 to the average service cost. We would also have reduced hours and efficiency.

Clients drive from all over to work with us from as far as Kamloops, Kelowna, and Chilliwack in one direction, and Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, Vancouver, and the Island.

Its not for the inconvenient location in Maple Ridge. That is not why. They come and see us because the service does not end at some Retail desk with a store employee. We really are in the Service business. The Retail store is in the ‘RETAILING’ business. They offer computer services because they have to.

Our company offers computer services because it is all we offer and we do it much better. The kind of experienced people who can offer the level of premium service and support are not found in large retail stores. They do not pay enough, or engage with customers in ways that create long standing personal business relationships.

Much in the same way you have professionals in your life like a doctor, or personal trainer, why not also have a computer technician? Many of our clients found us when looking for something better then their last experience at Retail Store ‘X’. They read our reviews, and called. What they found is that not only can we solve complicated and important computer problems correctly, and thoroughly, but that we do not charge again to have a follow up call where we offer remote support. The difference is that after we are done our work, you can check it, and we will then make any needed changes to ensure yours and our success.

People drive all the way from these neighboring towns because they want a premium and personal service where they have a talented computer technician they can call directly, on a first name basis, whom can solve their problems and safeguard their personal productivity and data.

So while there are many good small outfits to choose from, we humbly suggest we may be a little better. We always however suggest using the small technician business who focuses on service not product sales. You will find the attention to detail greater.

The fact is that our business is about relationships. You give us a problem to solve, and the trust to do it effectively, and we meet or exceed those expectations. Its not that we are kind or nice, although we are, its self serving. If we exceed your expectations your experience will be more memorable and you will call us in future. We have no store. The only way we can stand out and win your future repeat business is to listen carefully, and solve all your challenges, and meet or exceed all expectations consistently.
