At 2Tech Computing, our business was founded as a direct result of our experience as seasoned computer technicians. As veterans in the industry, we determined over many years of repairing and building computers and networks, that reactive ‘break/fix’ based service is clearly the lowest common denominator when it comes to technical support. Something breaks, someone panics, someone has to jump in. Nobody needs this. Proven to be the most expensive and least efficient way to support computers and user data, we wanted to provide service with a different proposition. In the same way you would expect to follow a service schedule on a car, rather than drive it until it has a critical failure, we feel that computers and related technologies ought to follow a similar proactive approach.
We do not want to merely preach this method, we will deliver on it.
